Young Adult Program

The Young Adult Program helps create a circle of support for young adults between the ages of 18 and 26. By focusing on individual interests, talents, strengths and aspirations, the program assists young adults in developing the skills and abilities they need to reach their goals.

The Young Adult Program is designed specifically to aid young consumers in their attempts to establish themselves with friends and families, as well as assist in their pursuit of employment/career, educational opportunities, independent living situations and a rich community life.

In addition to traditional case management services, the Young Adult Program also provides individual therapy, group therapy, family psychoeducation and independent living skills groups. Consumers in this program also have access to supported employment services, behavioral and substance abuse therapies, and a housing specialist.  

The Young Adult Program is offered at the Oxford office.
