TTI receives three-year CARF accreditation

TTI was once again accredited by CARF International for a three-year period. This latest accreditation is the sixth consecutive three-year accreditation that CARF has awarded to TTI in programs including Assertive Community Treatment, Case Management/Services Coordination, Community Integration and Outpatient Treatment.

This accreditation decision represents the highest level of accreditation that can be awarded to an organization and shows TTI's substantial conformance to the CARF standards. According to the CARF website, an organization receiving a three-year accreditation has put itself through a rigorous peer review process. It has demonstrated to a team of surveyors during an on-site visit its commitment to offering programs and services that are measurable, accountable and of the highest quality.

In its survey summary of TTI, CARF commended the organization on several points, including the following:

  • “Persons served express heartfelt appreciation for the nurturing care provided to them during some of the most difficult times in their lives.”
  • “The organization provides excellent support to staff in the form of orientation, training and ongoing education.”
  • “TTI is a growing organization that, due to excellent leadership, continues to be successful financially and programmatically at a time when many organizations are struggling to maintain services.”

CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) provides accreditation services worldwide at the request of health and human service providers. Its job is to examine every aspect of an organization to help ensure that the organization is providing its services in the best possible way.
