The Troy office provides the majority of TTI's Supports Coordination services for residents of Macomb and Oakland counties with developmental disabilities. It is also a provider of Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), Case Management, Nursing Services and Supports Coordination.

The Housing Support program is primarily located in TTI's Troy office, as well as the Training Department and the Human Resources Department.  

TTI Counseling Services, offering services such as outpatient therapy and educational courses for adults in the community at large, is also available at the Troy office.
