Authorization Decision Guidelines

This training course provides introduction information as it relates to Oakland County’s Utilization Management (UM) Authorization Decision Guidelines (ADG) and Specialist Reviews. This training provides understanding of the ADG’s and Specialist Review principles as they are to assure the decisions are timely, efficient and consistent, as well as to provide for flexibility of decision making within the Person Centered Planning process.
